Who we are
Nerd Media started with a simple idea: build apps that are genuinely useful, not just technically impressive. The UK has no shortage of development studios, but few that combine strong technical execution with product thinking.
We're a small team. That means every project gets real attention, not junior developers following a template. We work across the full stack: mobile development, backend systems, design, and App Store submission.
Our own apps (FlightBuddy, ClipSearch, RIGLINK Driver, and Gamity Companion) let us practise what we preach. We live with the consequences of our technical decisions, which keeps us honest about quality.
What we do
We design and build mobile apps for iOS and Android. From early product definition through to App Store launch and beyond, we handle the technical side completely.
We also work with businesses that need development support on existing products, whether that means picking up a stalled build, adding features to a live app, or fixing performance issues.
We don't build websites or web apps. Mobile is what we do, and we're better for the focus.
